BETTY MEDINA is a first‑generation Latina and proud Biomedical Engineering graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. She began her career at Stryker through the highly selective RISE rotational program, where she gained broad exposure to the organization and discovered her passion for technical problem‑solving. Today, she serves as a Computer‑Aided Engineer, using advanced simulation tools to help optimize the design and performance of life‑changing medical devices.  Born and raised in Dallas with family roots in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, Betty is driven by her loved ones, her commitment to growth, and her desire to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. She hopes to continue expanding her technical expertise with the long‑term goal of becoming a chief engineer.

Outside of her professional work, Betty enjoys weightlifting, traveling, challenging herself to become a better runner, and spending quality time with family and friends.

SANJANA ARULKUMARAN is a Pre‑Med and Business double major at UT Austin who is passionate about increasing healthcare accessibility and improving patient experiences, particularly in underserved communities. With a career goal in pediatrics, she has gained hands‑on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, and volunteer across multiple hospital and clinic settings, including Dell Seton Medical Center and, soon, Lirios Pediatric Clinic.  Her interest in global health led her to conduct neurology research in Malaysia, and she is currently involved in research at UT Austin. On campus, Sanjana contributes to organizations such as Camp Kesem, Consult Your Community, and the Business Healthcare Association, where she supports nonprofit initiatives and small clinics in strengthening patient care.  Outside of academics, she enjoys playing pickleball, exploring new cafés around Austin, and spending quality time with friends and family.

RACHEL KUHR CONN is a visionary innovator and the powerhouse founder behind Productable—a platform built on the belief that bold ideas deserve more than enthusiasm; they deserve a system that brings them to life. With a career that spans Fortune level companies, the U.S. Air Force, and Mark Cuban’s portfolio of 200+ startups, Rachel has spent more than 15 years proving that innovation isn’t magic—it’s a discipline that anyone can master with the right framework. Her journey began as a mechanical engineer who was endlessly curious about how things worked—especially why some ideas thrive while others stall. That curiosity took her from engineering research labs to Papua New Guinea, where she helped co create a feminine hygiene product that allowed young women to stay in school. It led her to boldly pitch herself to Mark Cuban after watching Shark Tank. And ultimately, it inspired her to build Productable, translating complex innovation processes into simple, repeatable pathways that teams can actually use. She currently leads Productable from Austin, TX where she continues to advise Fortune level organizations and federal agencies on innovation operations, portfolio management discipline, and the future of predictive innovation analytics.
